Weeks 10 – Master Key Experience

MONDAY! New Week and December is a New Month!  The repetitive questions in my head were; How can I get back on track ? How can I master my mind? Then Mark added, What do you really want? 

Answer 1- Press the reset button (Tomorrow is a new day) 

Answer 2 -Do your Master key Exercises to master your mind.

Answer 3- I do want  need True Health and Liberty

It’s all within…Accept it Andrea, Accept it – Focus on your why and apply the Law of Practice since Perfect Practice Prevents Poor Performance. 

“I will forget the happenings of the day that is gone, whether they were good or bad, and greet the new sun with confidence that this will be the best day of my life.” This quote from OG’s Scroll 10 takes me away from dwelling on past failed attempts to succeed in life to doing my best in the present. Furthermore, I see this message can also prevent me from being complacent when I actually do experience success. Over the past couple weeks those who have heard or read about my experience kept reminding me along the way that tomorrow is a new day (I still remain thankful to all), why was I crying over spilled milk? Enjoy the gift of the present and keep it moving. 

I decided to truly become an observer of my life and I realized my way of thinking was extremely negative. I knew I had some degree of negativity because of the various negative moods I would experience however it was way worse than I thought. The good news is I am aware and I am doing my best to apply the mental diet, hence making my physical diet easier. I came to the reality that I MUST truly take one day at a time and strive to make it my best. Life is really too short to be unhappy. I also came across the following quote and I found this to be true when applied. 

“I am Whole, Perfect, Strong, Powerful, Loving, Harmonious and Happy.”
