THE MIND

With the proper mindset we can release weight once and for all. It is the mindset that keeps us consistent when temptation kicks in. You change your mind, your conditions MUST change.

THE DIET

What we eat or do not eat plays a huge part in releasing weight. It is a necessary to plan and follow a healthy diet that is right for you. Intermittent fasting and habitually eating healthy foods will take off excess weight, increase energy, reduce stress and fatigue.

CONSISTENCY

Being able to do "what works" the same way day in and day out is extremely important for success.

One just needs to do the right thing long enough to see and achieve results.

Andrea Shannel

Hello my name is Andrea Shannel and I hold the titles Mother, Daughter, Sister, Auntie, Cousin, Friend, Internet Marketer and Project Management Professional. I have struggled with my weight for over 25 years.

I am a Guyanese descent, from NYC and currently Reside in ATL. Currently, I am a type 2 diabetic that loves sweets in all forms (Chocolate), comfort food (West Indian, Mexican & Soul Food) and most fast foods. I live a sedentary lifestyle and have about 100 unwanted pounds today. Being sick and tired of being sick and tired, I created a personal health project to release the unwanted weight and reverse my diabetes once and for all.

All sensible health plans work when we work them, however most of us struggle because there is little to no focus on mindset. It is the implementation of mental fitness coupled with a health plan that would make the difference between success and failure. Yes, I do believe it is the mental work that would make my transformation be easier and even better permanent. I am committed and this journey is going to make me accountable.
